Use of a diffuser is recommended. Stove top slow cooking on low temperature or in oven without lid at 350 or less. Each piece is truly artisnal by nature and as such, small variances in size, color and artwork should be expected & appreciated Our Cookable Tagine is designed for stove-top use (gas or electric), but was traditionally used over charcoal. Clay pots and low-temperature slow cooking bring out incredible flavors in any dish, whether traditional or contemporary, and are easy and versatile to use.
